Refund Policy – the basics

At EzRx Solutions, we strive to provide high-quality, pharmacist-guided consults and educational content. Due to the nature of our services, which include digital consulting and medical recommendations, we do not typically offer refunds once a consultation has been delivered.

Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:

  • A payment was made in error and services were not yet rendered

  • A duplicate payment was received

  • A service was purchased but not fulfilled due to internal error or technical failure

  • Advertisement payments where ads were not published or displayed as agreed

Refunds are not available for completed consults, digital content access, or missed scheduled consultations (unless canceled 24 hours in advance). All decisions will be made at the discretion of the business owner or billing department.

What to include in the Refund Policy

This Refund Policy includes:

  • Refund Timeframe: Refunds must be requested within 7 days of payment

  • Eligibility: Refunds only apply to services not yet rendered or technical errors

  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • No Refund: For completed consultations, accessed reports, or downloadable content
